  1. Can I return a product?

    Of course, you can. If for any reason, you changed your mind about a product you have received, you can return it within 14 days from the receipt of your order, as long as the product and its package are kept intact.

    In order to return a product you need to fill in the return form and send it with the product at Filikis Etairias 65, 15232, Athens, Greece.  In the return form, you can indicate if you want a refund or store credit. 

    If you select to get credit, you will then receive a credit code by email, valid for 3 months, equal to the value of the returned product. If however, you would like to exchange your item for another product that you have already chosen, please let us know the product of interest by phone or email, in order to enable us to place the item on hold for you.

     

    If you select a refund, the amount of the returned product will be refunded to your card or a bank account (it depends on the payment method). Please note that shipping costs and cash on delivery charges are not refundable. 

    Note: Returns on outlet products are only possible with other outlet products. Furthermore, “underwear” is a product category that is not available for returns and exchanges, and so are personalized goods, meaning goods made to your specifications.

  2. I received a defective product. What do i do?

    We do our best so that the products you receive are in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective product or the product you received is not what you ordered, please fill in the return form and send it with the product at Filikis Etairias 65, 15232, Athens, Greece, free of charge of course. Your money will be refunded in your credit card or your bank account within 15 days, depending on the payment method you used. Alternatively, if you wish, we can send you a credit coupon equal to the value of the returned product, valid for 3 months.

  3. Who pays the cost of a return?

    When you decide to return a product, following the procedure mentioned above, the first return cost is at your expense, whereas the shipping cost for the new item you will receive is completely free.

  4. I prefer to return the product to your store. Is that possible?

    Certainly, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order, the product and its package are intact, and you have the receipt document. On your return to the store, you can either receive a credit voucher redeemable in the store within one month, or immediately exchange your item with another product. Please note that in case you want to return an item to our store, a refund is not available. Our physical store Milkshakes and Dreams, is located on the 1st floor of the Golden Hall shopping center, Kifissias Av. 37A, Maroussi, 15123.

  5. How do you suggest i return a product?

    We suggest you use a courier company, as we are not responsible for potential damage or loss during the return.
